TMJ/TMD is a very important health issues today.  Yet sometimes it seems so confusing.

The symptoms may seem minor.
For example - having no pain, but a little popping and clicking occasionally.
For others it can be at a debilitating level, showing itself through headaches ( tension and migraine ),  muscle soreness, postural problems, ringing in the ears, vertigo / dizzyness, lower back pain, etc...

There is continuing progress in the study and knowledge of this condition.
The good news is the initial relief and treatment is non invasive.   Surgery is almost never needed.
